What information should I indicate in the reason for the bank transfer?
For payments by bank transfer, simply enter the order number followed by your first and last name in the reason for payment.
Where can I find the invoice or receipt for my payment?
Receipts and invoices for orders are sent by e-mail when payment is received. If you are a registered customer, you can also download them from your personal account.
