Is it possible to receive a printed catalogue?

You can download the catalogue of our rugs and artificial grass collection from our website on the "Get product catalogue" page. It is not possible to receive a printed catalogue.

How do I go about buying a carpet?

Once you have selected the item you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button to add it in your shopping cart.
Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right and enter all the required delivery and payment details.
If you have any difficulties placing your order, please contact our Customer Service that will guide you step by step.

How do I find a specific item?

If you are looking for a specific rug or quality, type it into the search bar or use our category filters.
You can search by material, name of the collection, colour, shape or type of room.

How can I apply a discount code?

You have the possibility to apply your discount code during the checkout process.
To do, click on "apply discount code" under the payment method selection.
Make sure that the discount code is spelled correctly so that it can be recognised. Then click on "Apply discount code" and the amount will be deducted immediately from the total sum.

If the voucher does not work?

Please check that the voucher you have is applicable to the items in your cart and, above all, that it is still valid. If you have any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service.

I forgot to enter the discount voucher, can I add it to my order?

If the discount conditions are valid, please contact us using our customer service contact form, comunicating the discount code and order number. We will apply the discount to your order and refund the due amount.

What restrictions are there on redeeming discount codes?

Our coupon codes have an expiry date and cannot be combined with other offers or applied to products on promotion. We suggest you to check all the requirements before applying the coupon code to your order.

Is it possible to add or delete items to my order?

You can add or delete items to your order before payment. Once payment has been completed, place a new order to add new items.

Do you offer discounts to interior designers?

We have designed collaboration program with interior designers, architects and creatives with the aim of inspiring new trends. If you would like to be part of it and discover al the benefits reserved, visit the "Collaborate with us" page and fill in the form. You will be contacted by one of our consultants within 48 working hours.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and check the status of your order. For standard items, cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. For custom-made or personalised items, cancellation is only possible if the order is not yet in preparation. We cannot therefore guarantee that we will always be able to cancel your order, but we will do our utmost to assist you.
