Items are delivered within 1-5 working days within the EU. We will confirm the delivery time upon payment. For items with customisations the delivery time varies from 10-15 days.

Shipping is free for all items and worldwide, with the exception of custom-made items for which you will be sent a quotation.

You will be able to track your order through the tracking number you will receive once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
The tracking information is also available in the personal area of your customer account.

All our shipments are insured, regardless of the amount. This service is absolutely free of charge.

All orders are only dispatched upon full receipt of payment. In case of payment by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped once the payment is visible from our bank.

All payments are made in euros.

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:
o Credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
o PayPal or Stripe
o Bank transfer
o Klarna for instalment payments

For payments by bank transfer, simply enter the order number followed by your first and last name in the reason for payment.

Receipts and invoices for orders are sent by e-mail when payment is received. If you are a registered customer, you can also download them from your personal account.

As we sell exclusively online, there is no showroom where you can view our items before purchasing. However, you can request one or more free samples to be sent directly to your home to see the quality of our products for yourself. In addition, our customer service is at your disposal for information and advice on all our articles.
