All of our patterned rugs are woven with ECONYL® regenerated yarn, a fiber made from nylon waste that can be recreated and remoulded again and again.
Using this yarn opens up endless possibilities for creating new products without having to use new resources and burdening the environment.
Rescue, Regenerate, Remake and Reimagine
The ECONYL® Regeneration System starts with rescuing waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic. That waste is then sorted and cleaned to recover all of the nylon possible.
Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. That means ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same as fossil-based nylon.
ECONYL® regenerated nylon is made into yarn from which we weave rugs that are not only beautiful for your home but sustainable for the environment.
