Satisfied or Refunded
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the shipment, completely free of charge.
Products customized in size and finish such as color or type of edging are created just for you and cannot be returned.
If you have a registered account, you can return items directly from your personal area by following the instructions. If you made the purchase as a guest, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Before shipping your return, follow these simple steps:
-Re-pack the product in its original cellophane, rolling it up and making sure the edges are well covered and no water can get in.
-Paste the label we provided to you during the return process onto the package.
-Await for the courier to arrive on the appointed day.
Upon failure to comply with any of the above conditions, the company reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and return it to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
The refund is completed within 1-3 working days after receipt of the goods and on the same payment method used at the time of purchase, after checking the integrity of the product.
Defective or non-conforming item
We strive to ensure a very high level of quality and although we strictly adhere to all quality control procedures, production errors can happen. If you have found a defect in the product delivered to you, please contact our customer service department immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to handle your complaint more quickly, please also send us a photo of the defective item. One of our assistants will contact you within 24 hours.
