Shipping Terms

Shipping is always free for all items on the site.

For products with special sizes for which a quote is needed, the shipping cost, if any, will also be provided.

Order Fulfillment

Orders will only be processed on business days, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the first following Monday.

All shipments are sent from Radici Pietro Industries & Brands S.p.A. Bergamo (Italy).

Shipping times

We will process your order for standard products within 2 working days from the day we receive it. For customized items in the edging or made-to-order, order fulfillment time is approximately 14 days.

Delivery times

Deliveries are made by courier with ground transportation and is approximately within 1-5 working days. From the moment your package is entrusted you will be able to view its tracking number in the area of the site where your order is summarized.

During holiday periods and weekdays delivery may take a few additional days.

Please contact us if there is a problem with the courier during transportation and the package does not arrive at its destination within this time window, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Delivery terms are only indicative and not guaranteed, due to the many variables involved, with particular but not exclusive reference to the stage of delivery by the courier. No responsibility can be attributed to the company for delays in the delivery of goods due to unforeseeable circumstances, as well as in case of strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, warehouse inventories, relocation of headquarters, changes in information systems and other extraordinary events; These  circumstances are likely to cause times exceeding the indicative ones in the fulfillment of orders, even in the order of several days.

In any case, should the delivery time of the ordered Product be delayed compared to the delivery time indicated prior to the order, we will give prompt notice.
