Items are delivered within 1-5 working days within the EU and 2-8 working days to the rest of the world. We will confirm the delivery time upon payment. For items with customisations the delivery time varies from 10-15 days.
Shipping is free for all items and worldwide, with the exception of custom-made items for which you will be sent a quotation.
All our shipments are insured, regardless of the amount. This service is absolutely free of charge.
The return shipping costs are free of charge. We will provide you with a return label that you simply have to print and place on the package.
